The Investment Company Institute (ICI) plays a crucial role in bringing the industry together to respond to the many issues confronting funds and their shareholders. No other organization matches our ability to convene leaders of the industry, produce output of such depth and breadth, and achieve the right outcomes. With the help of ICI member firms, our influence is meaningful, our work is impactful, and we lead the way as the voice for the industry.

2021 brought a renewed energy to our work as we successfully addressed a number of issues and opportunities affecting funds around the globe. Here are highlights of our efforts this year on behalf of 31,500 regulated funds worldwide and the more than 100 million investors they serve.
